Thank you for shopping at Fusion Art Glass Online Gallery. The following information is provided so that you may understand the terms and conditions of our online purchase and customer care policy.
Please take a few minutes to review the Terms and Conditions of fusionartglass.com. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
Prices and Stock
Prices are subject to change. We have two gallery locations that carry these items, and although our website is updated daily, items marked as available for order on the site may be sold out before the site is updated to reflect the sale.
Special order is our catch-all term for out of stock. It means we are temporarily out of an item, but will special order the item for you.
Glass Variations
All glass artwork will have the variations one would expect to encounter in handmade works of art. There may be small inclusions, or bubbles as is common in hand-blown glass work. These do not detract from the beauty or value of the piece. The majority of the items we carry are one-of-a-kind works of art. For instance, no two Josh Simpson planet paperweights are the same. So, in those cases, the photograph we provide is of the unique item that is available. Other items, like some of the kaleidoscopes and some of the ornaments are made in quantity (still by hand) but with very little variation. In those cases, the photograph we provide is of an example of the item. In every case, we try to give you the most accurate illustration possible.
Security and Privacy
We believe that it is important to protect the privacy of our customers. Protecting you against fraud and identity theft is a top priority. Information collected online is encrypted and stored on a secure server, and is never shared with any third party except with prior written consent. On occasion we may opt to send out promotional material concerning Fusion Art Glass special events or news. You may, at any time, opt not to receive such information in the future.
Returns
We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find it completely matches your expectations. If, however, you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund, replace or exchange any item. Please note, that there is a 10% restocking fee on jewelry and any custom work is nonrefundable.
Returns for refund may be made by requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receipt of shipment. To obtain Return Authorization number email or call us at 877-267-0392. Write this number on the Return Form provided with the original packaging.
The item must be shipped back to Fusion Art Glass within 3 days of receiving the RA number. Complete refund will be issued when item is received by Fusion Art Glass, minus shipping costs. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of an item. The Fed Ex tracking system is used to determine receipt date of the shipment.
Returns for store credit or exchange may be made within 30 days of receipt date. We extend this offer to help you feel comfortable ordering art online.
All returns must be in original condition. Repackage the item as securely as possible. We recommend shipping via insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Insure the package for the full purchase price. If you are returning jewelry, for security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Fusion Art Glass is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Items returned damaged or after 30 days of original purchase will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package, and mail it to the address located on your Return Form.
